Plant Manager

Job Description:The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, workforce supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in industrial equipment manufacturing - especially in mechanical fabrication and assembly of custom material handling systems. You will be responsible for driving safety, efficiency, and quality across all departments to meet demanding project schedules and customer expectations.
