Drop Saw Trimmer Systems

TS Manufactures a wide range of Drop Saw Trimmer Systems, with a variety of options available in either Motorized Saw or Lineshaft editions that are designed to handle a wide variety of material sizes. This includes the usage of high-speed stacked pneumatic cylinders on each saw, and custom chainway spacings to suit the infeed and outfeed requirements of your particular application.

Motorized Saw Trimmers

Our Motorized Saw Trimmer is available with saws every two feet and can have a saw placed at the negative one foot sawline as well as positive one foot sawline to allow for greater sawing patterns, nearly matching the versatility of a Lineshaft Trimmer. TS Motorized Saw Trimmers are currently operating worldwide with a variety of material specifications and piece counts.

Lineshaft Trimmers

Our Lineshaft Trimmers come complete with a split coupled lineshaft to allow for easy belt changes. Each trim saw has a spare belt storage located beside it to ensure quick changeover times in emergency situations. TS Lineshaft Trimmers are currently operating in high production environments worldwide and have earned a reputation for quality, durability, and low maintenance.

Double Precision End Trimmers

For applications requiring the utmost in precision end trimming, our Double Precision End Trimmers offer very high piece counts with the highest precision currently available.

These systems are available in either Motorized Saw or Lineshaft designs with a variety of infeed and outfeed options.

Two Man Trimmers (Canadian Style)

One Man Trimmers

The TS One Man Trimmer is an ideal choice for mills looking to produce a flexible double end trim solution with minimal equipment investment. These trimmers operate very similarly to a Two Man or 'Canadian Style' Trimmer, but operate with a single person to allow for reduced workforce requirements.
