CNC Forming Capabilities
With our 360 ton, 8 axis, state of the art, Hydraulically Operated Brake Press, we are sure to meet your needs. With forming capabilities from gauge thicknesses up to ½" plate or more, and in lengths in excess of 15', with segmented top and bottom tooling, we can handle the most sophisticated forming operations. Our Easy-Form, laser assisted capabilities, repeatedly meet specifications within 0.1 degrees or better.

High Definition Plasma Cutting
Need a piece of steel plate cut to spec? Need a thousand more? Our high-definition plasma table can cut anything from 20 gauge steel to 2 ½" thick plate within industry leading tolerances.

If thicker cutting is required the optional oxy-fuel head can cut up to 6" thick material and our 14" X 16" capacity CNC horizontal bandsaw will take care of any structural shapes for length. For any structural shapes requiring holes, slots or coping, our 90 ton iron worker will suffice.

Welding/Fitting
TS welder/fitters are all CWB CSA W47.1 certified, and can accommodate welding projects from the size of lawn mowers to massive 20 ton assemblies using standard processes like MIG, TIG and Stick welding.

Paint Booth
Once fabrication is completed we can apply paint finishes to meet most specifications in our 24' X 32' paint booth.

Hydraulic Specialties
With several years of experience designing and building complete hydraulic systems, and a well stocked inventory of hydraulic fittings and components, TS staff can accommodate your hydraulic requests. From a replacement hose to the full-blown design and assembly of a hydraulic system - we've got you covered.

If you have a leaky cylinder we can rebuild it with quality parts and test it on our multi-function test bench.

Cranes and Forklifts
Our forklift capacity is 18,000lbs. We also have 6 overhead bridge cranes with 5-10 ton capacity, as well as several jib cranes.

On-Site Installations
On-site installation of structural steel, machinery or general repairs is no problem with our fully equipped site trailer. TS staff have several years of experience with site installations ranging from local farms to international plant projects.
