 We've been designing, manufacturing and installing mining and aggregate equipment for almost 40 years. TS Manufacturing has been designing, manufacturing and installing quality bulk material handling systems for mining, aggregate, quarry, cement and many other industries for nearly 40 years.
Our experienced engineering department utilizes the latest in CAD design software and is capable of working in 2D or 3D with nearly any file format. Our Project Managers have experience working directly with customers as well as working with Consulting Engineering firms. Our Project Managers oversee everything from equipment consultation to the entire lifecycle of complete projects. We have equipment installed on 6 continents.
 We will design and manufacture your system, deliver it to your site, on time and on budget, anywhere in the world. Our Systems Application Personnel are ready to quote using our standard high quality components or work to your system and component specifications, to reduce your maintenance, inventory and operational costs.

 Truss Conveyors
Each conveyor is custom engineered and manufactured to suit your application. TS will engineer, detail and certify truss conveyor drawings to meet standards.
Belt Conveying
TS builds Belt Conveyors in trough, flat slider, and tube conveyor designs. We use adjustable skirting to ensure smooth transition of materials & prolong conveyor belt life. Impact sections are custom engineered to suit your application. Optional hoods keep elements out of materials, while keeping dust in.
TS Vibrating Conveyors
TS Vibrating Conveyors are available in heavy duty and medium duty designs. Each conveyor is built with a TS designed positive action, eccentric drive, that minimizes the effect of load variations. TS vibrating conveyors are engineered and balanced to reduce the requirements of foundations and substructures.
Gallery Conveying Systems
TS Manufacturing has designed and manufactured a variety of gallery conveying systems. With installations ranging from 40'-3000', TS has the capacity to handle even the largest of conveying requirements. |
